Period of Appointment
Non-cancellation for 6 months, subject to automatic extension on
problematic cases, instalments in progress
or negotiation
Legal fee
Upon approval and instructions from client, legal proceedings may be
carried out at client's expense. Costs
and disbursements will be advised by our selected panel of lawyers and
settlement shall be payable to our
solicitors directly.
